Swiftness | New World Skills
Swiftness is a passive skill for Rapier users in New World. Swiftness belongs to the Grace Tree, which is focused primarily on mobility and avoiding damage. This Passive applies +3.0% Haste for 4.0 seconds on any hit and can stack up to 5 times.
Active Skills for the Rapier increase in efficiency with Dexterity as their Primary Attribute and Intelligence as their Secondary Attribute. Investing into either Attribute will increase the damage of your Rapier’s basic attacks and skills, though you will see a greater bonus for investing in Dexterity.
