Raging Torrent performs four fast attacks each dealing 90% weapon damage. Raging Torrent can also be upgraded with two additional passive bonuses: Aggressive Approach and Final Blow.
Active Skills for the Hatchet increase in efficiency with Strength as their Primary Attribute and Dexterity as their Secondary Attribute. Investing into either Attribute will increase the damage of your Hatchet’s basic attacks and skills, though you will see a greater bonus for investing in Strength.
