Blood Soaked Arrow is an upgrade to the Penetrating Shot skill for Bow users in New World. Blood Soaked Arrow belongs to the Hunter Tree, which is focused primarily on direct damage skills. This Upgrade increases the damage of Penetrating Shot by 10% after each hit (max 50%). Penetrating Shot can also be further upgraded with Deep Strike.
Active Skills as well as Light and Heavy Attacks for the Bow increase in efficiency with Dexterity as their Primary Attribute.
