Hooked Arrows is an upgrade to the Rain Of Arrows skill for Bow users in New World. Hooked Arrows belongs to the Skirmisher Tree, which is focused primarily on damage over time effects. With this Upgrade unlocked, Rain Of Arrows causes a 15% slow for 4 seconds. This is the final Upgrade available for Rain Of Arrows.
Active Skills as well as Light and Heavy Attacks for the Bow increase in efficiency with Dexterity as their Primary Attribute.
